For over a century, Weill Cornell Medical College has been a pioneer in healthcare, especially for women.  It was the first to hire a woman professor of medicine and the first to admit a class of med students in which women outnumbered men.  The “Pap Test” for cervical cancer was invented at Cornell Weill Medical College.

In keeping with its mission to conduct research at the cutting edge of knowledge and  to improve the health care of the nation and the world, Weill Cornell Medical College has joined with Belvoir Media Group to publish Women’s Health Advisor and Women’s Nutrition Connection.
